Therapy for Teens
I provide individual therapy for teens navigating complex trauma, disordered eating, anxiety, perfectionism, and the challenges that come with growing up. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where teens can better understand their emotions and experiences, build confidence, and develop practical tools for navigating everyday life.
I understand that being a teenager can feel overwhelming. Learning to regulate emotions, navigate relationships and conflict, and develop a stronger sense of self can be challenging, especially while managing the pressures of everyday life. My approach is relational and individualized, recognizing that every person brings their own experiences, strengths, and needs to therapy.
Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable when you’re meeting someone new or aren’t sure what to expect. I value taking the time to build a genuine relationship with my clients and create a space where they can feel safe, understood, and respected. Together, we’ll work as a team at a pace that feels manageable, building the skills and self-trust to navigate life with greater confidence.
