Meet Amanda Bickel, LCSW

A young woman with long dark hair, smiling, standing outdoors with green trees and mountains in the background, wearing a blue top and a white skirt.

I believe no single intervention fits every client, which is why I tailor my approach to each person I work with. As a holistic, trauma-informed therapist, I approach each person’s story with curiosity and compassion, honoring the unique experiences, strengths, and perspectives they bring to therapy.

I value a relational approach and believe that the relationship we build together is an important part of the healing process. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, understood without judgment, and supported as we work together toward the changes you’re hoping to see.

I also offer parent coaching to help caregivers set healthy boundaries, support their children, and prevent burnout. I recognize that healing is not linear, and I meet you where you are, creating a supportive and individualized space where you can build on your strengths, develop greater self-trust, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I truly love the work I do and feel grateful to walk alongside my clients through the process of healing. Outside of the office, you can find me hanging out with my dog at a coffee shop in Denver, enjoying the mountains, taking Pilates classes, or curled up with a new favorite book.
