Anxiety Therapy
I understand that anxiety can feel consuming and overwhelming, and that racing thoughts often seem impossible to manage. I also know it can make it hard to engage in everyday life, even when you’re trying your best. I work alongside clients to notice patterns, explore what’s contributing to their anxiety, and develop practical strategies—supporting them in reclaiming a sense of choice, control, and safety in their lives.
My Approach
I use a blend of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients build skills for managing racing thoughts and physical symptoms of anxiety. I also integrate psychodynamic exploration and IFS/parts work to understand the deeper patterns that contribute to anxiety. This approach allows clients to gain tools for immediate relief while also developing insight into the roots of their symptoms.
