Background & Approach

A woman with long dark hair sitting on a white armchair in a room with a light-colored wall, next to a tall potted plant with green leaves and small black berries. She is smiling, wearing a brown sleeveless outfit and white sneakers.

I believe that no single intervention fits every client, which is why I tailor my approach to each individual who walks into my office. I approach every story with curiosity and compassion, supporting clients from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. I began my therapeutic work providing interventions for children and families, and later expanded to work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, and disordered eating.

In addition to individual therapy, I offer family therapy and parent coaching to help caregivers set healthy boundaries, support their children, and prevent burnout. My approach is holistic, recognizing that healing is not linear. I meet each client where they are, adapting my methods to support their unique journey and foster lasting change.
